The Children’s Trust – Work First Program

We are subcontracted through the Adult Mankind Organization to run The Children’s Trust Work First Program. This program consists of high school students between 10th and 12th grade. The participants are put through a rigorous employability skills training program. Everything from filling out a job application to proper workplace etiquette is covered. We stage mock interviews so that the students gain knowledge and confidence for when they sit down for their real job interviews. Participants are also trained on how to create a professional resume and cover letter. Pre-tests and posts are conducted to survey what the students have learned throughout the program year.
