About Us

Community Coalition, Inc. is a local non-profit 501 (c)(3) agency, that has been serving Miami-Dade County residents since 1998. Our agency is committed to providing services to those who need assistance and guidance to meet their needs. We offer a wide range of programs in areas of services which include: employability skills training, life skills training, job training and job placement for young adults and out of school youth, afterschool care for low income families, and elderly case management. We provide services countywide.

 
Non-profit organizations perform a necessary role in developing, modeling and sustaining quality life in society. They are formed to provide a variety of services to the community, to other organizations and to people in need. They exist, to aid communities in redevelopment efforts; to enhance social, recreational and cultural activities within the community; to fund various philanthropic causes; to provide health and human services to qualified persons in need, and more.

 
Because of the non-profits’ increasingly important role in the daily lives of us all, and because we are entrusted by society with the care of our people, our communities, our culture, our environment, professionalism and responsibility in corporate governance, fiscal management, human resources, operations and quality services are now –more than ever– the paradigms for success. Our organization simply will not succeed unless it measures up to quality standards such as those that govern private industry, with quality people governing, managing and operating the organization.
